Kaiser Edelstahl Design’s flagship, the KED Flex sensor rod, enters new dimensions.
For years, the Flex transducer rod has been an integral part of Europe's most modern fishing boats. With the commitment to always offering our customers the best product on the European market, we developed the KED Flex 2.0 SW.
The sensor rod is mounted on an adapter plate, the side of the boat or on the railing using a mounting plate included in the delivery.
For boats without a profile rail, the adapter plate can be attached directly to the side of the boat as usual (e.g., GRP boats).
You can find the appropriate adapter plate/railing adapter for the different boat models and side widths in the shop.
Just as quickly as you mounted the Flex 2.0 SW sensor rod on the side of the boat, you can also remove it again using a cotter pin and stow it away safely.
The KED Flex 2.0 SW is 115 cm long and weighs just 3.5 kg. (Custom sizes up to 140 cm are available upon request.)
In order to easily withstand increased water resistance, the transducer rod has an additional stabilizer.
The Flex 2.0 SW sensor rod can be adjusted to the side of the side wall, tilted in both directions, and is suitable for mounting on either side. Furthermore, the sensor rod is continuously height-adjustable via a tube clamp.
Another highlight of the KED Flex 2.0 SW is the fold-in/fold-out function. A folding mechanism allows you to fold the transducer rod into the interior of your boat with one hand, without having to dismantle the rod. You can unfold the rod just as easily, and it's ready for use right away.
The KED Flex 2.0 SW is made of V4A stainless steel. V4A is a saltwater-resistant stainless steel, making the pole safe for use in saltwater. Additional attachments are made of UV-resistant ASA plastic.
