We hope everything is perfect with your order. If for any reason you would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item(s) must be in new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used or worn, are soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odor. We do not offer free returns. The postage fee for the returning item is the customers responsibility. Once goods are signed for, this is confirmation that goods have been received ok, so please inspect the delivery before signing. We will replace, repair or refund any issue in regarding the situation and obliging with consumer rights. Warranty does not cover poor care or normal wear and tear. As per EU regulation, you have a two week period in which you are allows to return the goods and receive a full refund.
