Returns Policy

We hope everything is perfect with your order. If for any reason you would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item(s) must be in new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used or worn, are soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odor. We do not offer free returns. The postage fee for the returning item is the customers responsibility. You can get a label printed on the An Post website using our rate of shipping by clicking the link below and selecting Wildhunter as the retailer. Once goods are signed for, this is confirmation that goods have been received ok, so please inspect the delivery before signing. We will replace, repair or refund any issue in regarding the situation and obliging with consumer rights. Warranty does not cover poor care or normal wear and tear. As per EU regulation, you have a two week period in which you are allows to return the goods and receive a full refund.

Refunds
Once you have completed the returns process and return your item in its proper condition and within the the proper time frame, we will then review the returned item. If it is found that you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the card in which the product was purchased online with.
Pre Sale Refunds
If you have purchased something on pre-sale and you decide you do not want to proceed with your order before your order has been shipped, then in most circumstances we will process a full refund to the card in which you placed your pre order on. A refund for the amount paid is what will be will be refunded to the card.
 
Refunds usually take between 3-5 business days before you see it in your account. Please allow this time period. We do not charge a restocking fee.
