Tracking Your Online Order
Once you place your order, you will receive an email to confirm your order. In the email there is a button to "View your order". This will bring you to your Order Status Page. Here you will find a tracking number to track your parcel. Only when your order is dispatched will there be a tracking number listed on this page.
Your tracking number will be in your dispatch confirmation email. If you created an account, it’s also available in your order history. Only when your order is dispatched will there be a tracking number listed on this page.
