Click & Collect Policy

Overview

Our Click & Collect service allows you to order online and collect your items in-store at your convenience — free of charge. Simply select "Click & Collect" at checkout to avail of this service.

How It Works

1. Place your order online and select Click & Collect at checkout.
2. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
3. Our team picks and prepares orders Monday to Friday. You'll receive a second email notifying you when your order is ready for collection.
4. Once notified, you can collect your order any day we are open, including weekends.
5. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) when collecting. A valid photo ID may also be required.

Please Note — Large Orders with Multiple Small Items

We do not pick Click & Collect orders that contain a large volume of small items. In these cases, we will contact you and ask you to visit the store to purchase the items in person. We apologise for any inconvenience and our team will be happy to assist you when you arrive.

Store Opening Hours

Monday – Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am – 5:00pm

Order Ready Times

We require a minimum of 24 hours (Monday to Friday) to pick and prepare your order. You will receive a "Ready for Collection" email when your order is ready. Please do not call to collect your order until you have received this email. We cannot guarantee your order will be ready without this confirmation.

Uncollected Orders

Orders will be held in-store for 7 days from the date your collection notification is sent. If your order is not collected within this period, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
