Online Orders (14-Day Returns)
If you purchased an order online, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it or refund.
To be eligble for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to return your item
To return an item, simply use the An Post returns service.
You will be asked to provide your order number and reason for return when creating your label.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store are not eligble for a refund.
However, we are happy to offer:
- Exchange
- Store Credit
Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase.
Faulty Items & Warranty
All products are covered by a standard 12-month warranty in line with EU consumer law.
This waranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or improper care
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us or return the item with proof of purchase, and we will assess it.
