Fishing Rods Returns Policy

•    For any fishing rods being returned, we will need two weeks to investigate the returned rod with the supplier of the rod, please allow for this time.
•    Full proof of purchase is necessary for any returned fishing rod.
•    Damage caused by owner’s negligence, lack of maintenance, accident or abuse is not covered.
•    Normal expected wear and tear on rods is not covered.
•    Breakage due to rod being used with cast weight heavier than the rod is recommended for, is not covered.
•    Accepted returned rods will be replaced with the same model of rod or customer will be issued credit to the value of the rod.
•    Postage costs incurred in the returning of the rod is assumed by the customer.
•    We will cover the shipping costs of any replacement rods/parts being sent to the customer.
